In recent years I have been very much a hands-on whilst providing leadership for product design and advertising projects. This work has spanned a variety of sectors from finance, through FMCG to consumer healthcare and even funeral care .
The briefs have been varied. I have steered multi-market web platform designs for brands including Panadol and Kyocera. I have helped shape some amazing research and prototype programmes for L’Oréal, Carlsberg, GSK and Dignity. And I have designed workshops that have helped brands such as PayPal break down organisational silos to enable end-to-end views of their consumer experience.
